How to Make Chicken and Herb Diet Soup Recipe?


 2 pints water;

 2 chicken stock cubes

1 onion;

 1teasp. dried tarragon

 salt and pepper; teasp

1/2grated lemon rind

 2 tbsp. chopped chives.


 Put the water and stock cubes into a saucepan and bring to the boil.

 Chop the onion and add to the stock with tarragon, salt, pepper and le on rind. Simmer for 5 minutes. 

Strain before serving. 

Garnish with chopped chives. 

Serves 4 at 11 calories per person.
