Chicken minced                   kg

Finely chopped onion         2 tsp

Green peppers                       3 tsp

Ghee or cooking oil               as per need

Corn flour                               3 teaspoons

Unripe papaya                       1 tablespoon powdered

Egg                                           1

Garlic, ginger                          3 teaspoons crushed

Powdered hot spices            1teaspoon

Salt                                           to  Taste

Ground red pepper              2 tbsp


First add finely chopped onion into mince.

Now, ginger, garlic, green pepper, salt, red pepper, raw papaya, hot spices, the remaining items in the mince and mix well and put for about a half hour.

Divide mince into ten portions.
