simple homemade beef chili




Beef boneless undercut .... 500 g

Oil …………………………......... 4 tbsp

Onion……………………........... 2 tsp

Ginger, garlic paste .......... 2 tbsp

Chili Sauce…………............ 2 tbsp

Tomato ketchup ............ 1 cup

Salt…………………………. to taste

Pepper……................ 1 tea spoon

White pepper .......... 1/2 tea spoon

Green onions……………4 tbsp

Capsicum………………….1

Green chili………………..5

200 grams of boiled rice (servings)

Method:

Put oil in a pan and fry ginger and Garlic in it.

Add beef in it and fry for 3 minutes.

Then add tomato ketchup, chili sauce and put all the spices in it and cook for 4 minutes more.

In last add the vegetables and mix well.

Serve with White Rice or fried Rice.
