Best Green Pea Gravy With Cottage Cheese Vegetarian Recipe




Ingredients:

Fresh milk.................Four cups

Peas.................Four hundred grams

Lemon.................Two

Onion (chopped).................Two

Ginger (chopped) ... An inch piece

Mustard.................Spoon a quarter

Paprika.................A tea spoon

Ground coriander.................A tea spoon

Ground hot spices.................A tea spoon

Salt.................to Taste

Cooking oil.................Two tbsp

Method :

1.In a saucepan boil milk and add few drops of lemon juice in it.

2.When milk gets bitter then separate the cheese, hang it in a cloth for some time.

3.Heat oil in a pan and fry cheese in it and put it out.

4.Then add onion and ginger in same pan and fry then add turmeric powder,coriander, peas,salt and a little amount of water let it cook until the gravy gets thick.

5.Then add cheese,lemon juice and hot spices in it and cook for 5 minutes
