Complete chicken cheese roll recipe

         1-2 pieces Boneless Chicken

         2 teaspoon garlic, ginger and green chili paste

         2 tea sp vinegar.

         1 egg white beaten

         1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs

        Cheese  2inch

         Oil to fry

         Assorted vegetables

         salted fried cashew nuts

         salt to taste

         2 tbsp butter or margarine

         1/2 tea sp sugar

         1/4 tea sp white pepper

         1 cup cream.




Make a glue of ground garlic, ginger, green cold, vinegar and salt which in the quatities specified.

Cut the chicken into thin cut of around 3 inches long, 3 inches expansive and 1/2 an inch thick. Marinate it for 60 minutes with a large portion of the glue made above.
