Oil                                                 60 gm

Green coriander                         finely chopped

Method:

 separate egg albumen and yolk. beat the yolk. Add  the meat in the yolk. 
Add the half oil. Fry egg and meat. Add the in center of the plate.
Add the albumen in oil and fry.take it out and put around egg yolk.
