Complete spring fried chicken recipe

1/2 kg chicken

2 table sp garlic ginger paste

Salt to taste

1/2 tea sp black pepper

1/2 tea sp white pepper

1/2 tea sp cinnamon powder

1 egg

2 table sp crushed red chili

1 tea sp chat masala

2 table sp flour

2 table sp corn flour

2 table sp oil




 Apply all elements of chicken. Put it aside for 15 minutes

Warm the oil in wok and sear chicken on moderate warmth till it transforms

 it shading to brilliant chestnut and get to be distinctly delicate.

Serve hot with bean stew garlic sauce.
