Complete white fish pulao recipe




Fish 1 kg

Tomato 4

Brown onion 1/2 cup

Ginger garlic paste 1 table sp

Salt 1 1/2 tea sp

Chili powder 1 table sp

Coriander 1 tea sp

Cumin 1 tea sp

Yogurt 1 cup

Potatoes 250 gm

Rice 1 kg

Oil 1/2   cup

Green chili  chopped

coriander  chopped

Method:

Warm oil include entire flavors, fenugreek and tomatoes.

Include chestnut onion with ginger garlic glue, all the dry seasonings, sear well.

Include whipped yogurt with potatoes and 1 container water, cover and cook till potatoes delicate.

Include fish, cover and cook for 10 minutes, expel angle.

Include slashed coriander and green chilies.

In a skillet orchestrate a layer of 1/2 bubbled rice with fish masala and potato blend beat with residual rice.

Beat with Kewra and yellow shading.

Put angle pieces on top, abandon it on steam for 15 minutes.
