Easy to cook chicken corn soup recipe




 

100 gm chicken

1 egg

4 tablesp corn flour

Salt to taste

1/4 teasp black pepper

1/4 teasp white pepper

3 cups chicken broth

1 carrot

1/2 onion

1 green onion

 

Method:

 

Include boneless chicken in 3 mugs soup, include onion, carrot and green onion, cook it for 10-15 minutes or till the chicken is delicate, cook it secured with cover.

Presently take out the vegetables from the juices.

Include salt,sweet corns, highly contrasting pepper in the juices.

Disintegrate corn flour in 1/2 glass water and pour that in soup, blend ceaselessly to maintain a strategic distance from bumps.

Beat the egg and include it in soup.stirring persistently.

Serve soup with bean stew sauce, vinegar and green chilies.
