Easy to cook chinken ginger soup recipe

Chicken  cubes 2 cup

Chicken stock 1/2 liter

Corn flour 2 tea sp

Soya sauce 1 tea sp

Sliced ginger 4 tables

Egg white 2

Carrot 1

Onion 6

 Sliced onion 1

Green coriander 1 bunch

White pepper to taste

Salt to taste


Warm oil in a skillet and pan fry chicken, onion and ginger.

Join chicken, stock and the various fixings in extensive dish and let it cook.

With regards to a bubble, include whisked egg while blending always.

At last include corn flour broke down in some water while mixing.
