Easy to cook hyderabadi phirni recipe in urdu




Milk                  1kg

Rice                   25gm

Sugar                25gm

Lost                   25gm

Method:

  Fry rice and soak in the water. Grind after few minutes.  Then light up the heat to mix milk and rice  with spoon. Mix until it gets  thick. Add  the sugar in it. Remove from stove. Add the almonds, and pistachio. Put in the fridge for it to cool then. It can be eaten with cakes.
