Easy to cook lucknowi korma recipe




1/2 kg mutton  
4 
tomato
2 
onion
3 cloves garlic
1 inch ginger
1/2 tea sp sesame seeds
1/2 tea sp poppy seeds
4 red chilies
3 cloves
4 peppercorns
a small piece of cinnamon
salt to taste
chopped coriander
oil for frying

Method:

 Hack sheep into little pieces and keep aside.

 Crush the ginger and garlic into a smooth glue.

 Broil onions over the fire.

Broil sesame seeds, poppy seeds, chilies, cinnamon, cloves and peppercorns.

Crush broiled fixings to shape a smooth glue.

 Cook the lamb with some water till it is practically done.

Blanche and crush the tomatoes into a puree.

Warm the cooking medium in a dish, include ginger-garlic glue and

 broil for a couple of minutes.

Include the cooked meat with the ground masala and broil until

 all the dampness dries and the shading changes to a rosy cocoa.

Include tomato puree and salt and keep on simmering on a low fire for around five minutes.

Embellish with slashed coriander leaves and a dash of crisp cream.
