Easy to cook smoked chicken recipe
Chicken 1 kg
Ginger-garlic paste 3 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 3 tbsp
Peppercorns crushed 10
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 2 tbsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Salt to taste
Oil 2 tbsp
Onions chopped 2
Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic glue, cumin powder,
turmeric powder, red stew powder, pulverized peppercorns, garam masala,
vinegar, soya sauce, coriander powder, yogurt and salt for 30 minutes.
Warm oil in a kadai. Include hacked onions and saute till onions turn translucent.
Include the marinated chicken and cover and cook.
Include 2 mugs water, a squeeze of salt and cover with a top and cook till all the water vanishes.
Expel from warmth.
Take a bit of blazing charcoal in a little steel bowl and place in the focal point of the cooked
chicken and pour a teaspoon of hot oil on it.
As the smoking starts, cover the chicken with a top instantly.
Keep it for 30 minutes.
Serve embellished with coriander leaves and lemon juice.
