Easy to cook spring roll recipe
- Spring roll 10
- Spring onions 2
- Onion 1 medium
- Carrots 2 medium
- Green capsicum 1 medium
- Cabbage 1/2 small
- Oil 2 tb sp
- Salt to taste
- White pepper powder 1/4 tea sp
- Soy sauce 1 tb sp
- Bean sprouts 3/4 cup
- Spring onion green 2 stalks
- Cornflour/ corn starch 1 tb sp
To make the stuffing, warm 2 tbsps oil in a non stick wok. Include onion, spring onions, carrots, capsicum, cabbage and salt and hurl.
Include pepper powder and soy sauce and blend. Include bean sprouts and spring onion greens and blend. Cook till the vegetables mellow.
Take the wok off the heat and set aside to cool. Heat sufficient oil in a wok. Make a paste of cornflour with 2 tbsps water.
Spread the spring move wrappers on the work best. Separate the stuffing into 10 parts and place a bit on one side of every wrapper. Overlap in the edges and roll firmly.
Apply cornflour glue to open end and seal. Hold the moves under a moist material. Tenderly slide into the hot oil and profound sear till brilliant and fresh.
Deplete on spongy paper. Cut into littler pieces and serve.
