healthy chicken and mustard curry




Chicken……………..1/2 kg

Salt…………………..1 tea sp

Black pepper……….1 tea sp

Butter………………50 gram

Mustard paste….……4 tb sp

Milk…………...........1/2 cup

Basil…………………1 tea sp

Black Pepper……….1/4 tea sp

Parsely…...2 tb sp

Sour cream ………………….1/2 cup

Chicken stock…………………1 cup

Oil…………………………….2-3 tb sp

Method

Heat oil, melt butter in it and fry chicken

Add chicken stock, black pepper and salt it it.Cover it and let it cook.

When chicken gets properly cooked add milk, mustard paste, sour cream in it and mix well.

Turn off the gas and garnish it with basil and parsley
