Easy and best beef stew with chili recipe




Undercut beef pieces............. 1/kg

Onion finely chopped............. 3 pieces

Dry red pepper.............8 pieces

White cumin..............1 tea sp

Dry coriander............1 tab sp

Garlic.............8 cloves

Ginger chopped............. 2 tbsp

Chopped tomato............. 3 pieces

Turmeric.............1 tea sp

Large cardamom.............3 pieces

Black pepper.............6 pieces

Curry leaves.............1

Lemon juice.............2tb sp

Hot water.............1 cup

Salt to taste

Oil 1 cup

Method

Heat oil in a pot fry onion till golden brown then add meat, turmeric, salt and cook until the water gets dry.

Fry it a little bit and add tomatoes, garlic, ginger, cumin, red chilies, coriander and 1 cup water.

When water gets dry add curry leaves, cardamom, lemon juice and black pepper cover it tightly and let it cook for 5 minutes on low heat.

When layer of oil comes above put it in a dish and serve it.
