How to Cook Bhindi Masala Okra Fry at Home

Bhindi Masala Okra Fry


Lady finger (okra)             1/2  kg

Oil                                      1cup

Onion finely chopped         3 pieces

Crushed red pepper             1 tab sp

Roasted and crushed cumin 1/2 tb sp

Turmeric                              1 tea sp

Tomato                                 3

Salt to taste

Coriander finely chopped     1 cup

Ginger garlic paste               1 tab sp

Dry stymied                         4to 5


Heat oil in a pan add onion in it and fry until light pink.

Then add red pepper, turmeric, crushed cumin, ginger garlic paste tomatoes and okra in it and sauté it until it gets cook.

After 5 minutes add dry stymied and fry it Cover and cook on medium heat till the ladyfingers are done.

In end add salt and coriander and serve
