How to Make Quick and Easy Vegetable Soup at Home?

Cooking time 8 minutes

You will need for 4 servings :


 Approximately 1+ lb. mixed vegetables

1 pints stock or water

1 bouillon cube seasoning

To garnish :

 Grated cheese parsley


 1. Peel and coarsely grate the vegetables.

 2. Bring to the boil the stock or water to which the bouillon cube has been added, add the vegetables and seasoning and cook rapidly for about 5-8 minutes until the vegetables are just tender.

3. Pour into hot soup cups and sprinkle with lots of grated cheese and parsley.
