Chicken Korma recipe


One kilogram of chicken

2 teaspoons dried coriander

2 teaspoons cumin

6 tsp pepper

6 tsp red pepper

Ginger 12 inches

Garlic 15 gambling

2 tbsp butter

Oil 2 tbsp

One onion

4 tsp tomato

Salt to taste

2 tbsp chopped coriander


Method :

Roast Cumin, coriander and pepper and crush them, then make paste of red pepper, ginger and garlic. fry the onions in the oil and half the amount of the crushed spices, salt, tomato and cook little more. After that put the chicken in the pan, and the remaining amount of the spices, and coriander and roast it. Then pour half a cup of water and cook until thawed meat. Garnish with ginger and chopped coriander and serve
